I'm a psychologist with a focus on supporting women who struggle with body image, eating behaviours, binge eating, weight concerns, self-esteem, perfectionism, and emotion regulation.
My work is shaped by a diverse background — from my work as a personal trainer, to academic research, lecturing on sport and exercise psychology, to private practice, where I work with clients on a one-to-one basis.
I work predominantly with women who are often at a crossroads — rethinking their relationship with food, movement, and themselves. My approach is evidence-based, compassionate, personable, neurodivergent-informed and centered on helping you build resilience, challenge your perspective and create sustainable, healthy change.
