Compassionate, evidence-based psychological support — wherever you are in Australia.
I offer online therapy to females across Australia.
Therapy provides a safe, supportive space to unpack patterns and begin building a healthier, more compassionate relationship with yourself, your body, food, and the way you move through life.
I aim to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable to explore their thoughts and feelings. My style is collaborative and encouraging. I feel humour, play and authenticity as a therapist can be helpful to strengthen the relationship and explore any factors affecting you.
My approach blends evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialetical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I am an ANZAED Eating Disorder Credentialed mental health professional.
We work together to build resilience, emotional regulation, and self-compassion—while gently challenging unhelpful patterns.
Online therapy is available only to clients residing in Australia. If you're outside of Australia, please see your GP for support and referral options or my coaching and program offerings for alternative support options if suitable.
