I am an Ahpra and HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist and Sport and Exercise Psychologist with a background in mental health, movement, performance, and wellbeing.
My pathway into psychology began through the fitness industry after qualifying as a personal trainer in 2012, which led to a deeper interest in the relationship between physical and psychological health - and how they each interact and influence one another.
I completed a PhD in sport and exercise psychology exploring the genetic, cognitive and behavioural manifestations of resilience, mental toughness and psychological wellbeing, as well as several years working in private practice in Australia before relocating to London.
My work is grounded in creating a warm, collaborative, and thoughtful space where people can better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and build more sustainable wellbeing. I have a particular interest in women's health, burnout, anxiety, perfectionism, mood disorders, performance pressure, neurodiversity, body image, and people’s relationship with food, movement, and self-worth.
I aim to support clients in developing greater self-awareness, psychological flexibility, acquire psychological skills and a healthier more compassionate relationship with themselves.
