A 4-Week Educational Online Program to Support Recovery from Binge Eating
Overview:
This 4-week online program is designed for individuals who continue to experience binge eating behaviours—particularly after bariatric surgery or the use of weight loss medications. While these medical interventions can support physical change, they often don’t address the emotional, behavioural, and psychological patterns that drive binge eating.
This program provides a supportive, educational space to understand your relationship with food, body, and self—offering practical evidence-based tools to help you feel more in control, more connected, and less stuck in cycles of restriction, bingeing, and shame.
This is not about weight loss, willpower, or rigid control. It’s about understanding the deeper “why” behind your behaviours and developing sustainable, compassionate strategies that support your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. You’ll learn how to rebuild trust with your body and move forward in a way that feels grounded, empowered, and values-aligned.
